Our Story
While Patriot Development is a newly established entity, it was founded by experienced and reputable owners who have over 75 years of combined relevant experience. Patriot Development is considered the development division within our parent company, The Real Estate Firm, Inc.
The vision of Patriot Development is to provide East Tennessee communities with subdivisions that honor the local veterans and memorialize those killed in action. We plan to achieve this vision in several ways. First, every street within our developments will be named after a local soldier that was killed in action as a memorial to the sacrifice of that soldier. Also, our development will always conclude with one lot and home being donated to a deserving veteran, selected by local VA groups.
